Our Faster Fit Seniors program is a weight training program designed specifically for people over 60 who are retired or semi-retired. We don't wnat to turn you into a bidy builder, instead, we want to introduce basic, functional weight training techniques that have been scientifically proven to.

How the program works
You attend 2 x 45 minute in-person coaching sessions per week at our private gym in Denby Dale. Don't worry, it's not a commercial gym space, you and your training group will be the only people there.
Sessions are Monday and Thursday mornings at 9am. Every other Monday you will have the option of staying for an extra 15 minutes to discuss your nutrition targets for the next 2 weeks. This is where we review how you have been doing and help you startegise how to move forwards. You will also have acces to optional home video workouts designed to further improve your strength, balance and flexibility.
