Our Faster Fit Seniors program is a weight training program designed specifically for people over 60 who are retired or semi-retired. We don't want to turn you into a body builder, instead, we want to introduce basic, functional weight training techniques that have been scientifically proven to:
~ Increase and maintain lean muscle mass ~ Increase and maintain bone mineral density ~ Improve and maintain function strength allowing you to perform daily tasks more easily ~ Help improve lower back pain, knee and hip pain associated with arthritis and other inflammatory conditions ~ Help you look and feel younger ~ Increase your energy levels ~ Reduce body fat

How the program works
You attend 2 x 45 minute in-person coaching sessions per week at our private gym in Denby Dale. Don't worry, it's not a commercial gym space, you and your training group will be the only people there. PROGRAMS RUN ON MONDAYS & THURSDAYS AT 9:00AM AND TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS AT 9:00AM. CHOOSE WHICH OPTION SUIT YOU BEST BUT THERE WILL BE AVAILABILITY TO MOVE A SESSION TO ANOTHER DAY IF REQUIRED
You will also have acces to optional home video workouts designed to further improve your strength, balance and flexibility.
