Our Fighting Fit Boot Camp is run by Danny Jaques our in- house martial arts expert. It is a non-contact, hybrid fitness program combining kickboxing, boxing and MMA skills with with high intensity, functional fitness.
You don't have to worry about your current fitness levels and it doesn't even matter if you have had any martial arts experience at all, our expert coach Danny can taylor all the fitnees drills and padwork combos to suit any ability level. If you want to get better, all you got to do is simply turn up, be ready to learn some cool new moves and Danny will turn you into a lean mean fighting fitness machine!
Feel free to bring your own gloves if you want but full kit will be provided on site. So all you really need is youself, your fighting spirit and a bottle of water!

My Friday Hero Bootcamp Workouts have been running for a while now as an integral part of my small group coaching program. It is how we round the week off in style and really earn our weekends. These workouts are based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) principles thataredesigned specifically to increase your aerobic and functional work capacity (get you moving faster and better for longer).
Even with no kit these workouts will get you working pretty much every muscle in your entire body in a short but intense 40 minutes. Don't worry, the first 10 mins or so we will focus on dynamic mobility and warm up drills to increase your flexibility and get you and your body ramped up and in the mood for a great session. So if you have ever done a "Joe Wicks Workout", these are definitely the next step up and will take your fitness to a whole new level.
***These sessions are very tough but that doesn't mean they cannot be adapted to suit all fitness levels. All the drills and movements in the workouts can be adapted making this workout accessible to many, many people. You just need to be prepared to work hard and give me everything you got!***
