Fridays Evenings 5:30pm

My Friday Zoom Hero Workouts have been running for a while now as an integral part of my small group coaching program. It is how we round the week off in style and really earn our weekends. These workouts are based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) principles that will get you working to your max capacity. 

Even with no kit these workouts will get you working pretty much every muscle in your entire body in a short but intense 40 minutes. Don't worry, the first 10 mins or so we will focus on dynamic mobility and warm up drills to increase your flexibility and get you and your body ramped up and in the mood for a great session. So if you have ever done a "Joe Wicks Workout", these are definitely the next step up and will take your fitness to a whole new level. 

***These sessions are very tough but that doesn't mean they cannot be adapted to suit all fitness levels. All the drills and movements in the workouts can be adapted making this workout accessible to many, many people. You just need to be prepared to work hard and give me everything you got!***

FRIDAY ZOOM HERO JUST £4 PER SESSION

Once payment has been received and your space on the session is secure and the unique link will be sent out for you to access the session. You will also receive a recording of the session for you to download and keep so you can repeat the workout at home as many times as you like.

Over 55 but not quite ready to slow down just yet?

My brand new Faster Fit Seniors small group coaching sessions are designed to help people over 55 move better, increase energy levels and get fitter and stronger. 

Staying active, lifting weights and getting fitter are the keys to helping you look and feel younger. These sessions combine a long warm up where I will take you through a variety of flexibility and mobility drills, after that we start to look and foundation strength and conditioning drills and movement patterns like the squatting, lunging, dead lifting to help you form a strong foundation. Once I have taught you these and we have been bale to develop competent movement patterns I then take through a conditioning drill that will not only work your muscles, making then stringer and  more robust, but it will also work your cardio vascular system to improve your lung, breathing and circulatory capacity. 


SPACES ON THESE SESSIONS WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO 6

This is because I really want you to get the most out of each session by giving you lots of bespoke coaching and guidance throughout.

Kettlebell Assault is a truly unique fitness class designed by Darren at Faster Fitness Solutions. It combines high intensity interval training on an Air Assault Bike with a functional kettle bell strength workout. Basically everything you need to maximise your fitness, strength, power and stamina in just a short, intense 45 minute workout. ​

While these workouts are tough but they are still definitely suitable for all abilities.  All of the movements and workouts in the sessions can be adjusted to suit everyone regardless of your current fitness levels.
