Our small group youth coaching program is designed specifically to help your child improve their strength, fitness, flexibility, balance and co-ordination so they can become a better all-round athlete. Our daily live sessions focus on sports specific body weight training designed to improve power, speed, balance and endurance. These modules are included in all membership options. They are designed to help your child recap on specific skills and movement patterns that we focus on in our weekly sessions and to help educate you and them on good food choices that will benefit them as an athlete.
About the ProgramOur Youth Coaching Program is a based on live 45 minute small fully group sessions at my private studio in Denby Dale.
It is very important to understand that we are not trying to turn your child into a body builder. Yes they will be lifting weights but it will be with a focus on performance. With an aim of developing improved sports specific strength and movement skills. |
