option 1: training with us at the gym
This option is great if you feel like you need that in-person instruction and coaching to help you with your training. You still get full access to bespoke coaching app and exactly the same weekly checki ins and accountability as our fully online option.

this would suit people who prefer to work a bit more independendtly and do their training at their own convenience either at home or at their local gym. it would suit professional people who work shifts or live too far away from us here in denby dale to attend the gym. You still get all the support from your very own coach and can interact with them at any time to tweak your program and ask any questions.
