Darren is a behaviour change and functional movement specialist who understands the importance of helping you through your journey both mentally and physically.
Darren is fully qualified sports injury therapists, personal trainer and behaviour change specialist. He knows that to be successful in helping you achieve your goal, he must look at you as a whole person.
This means helping you improve you diet, strength and movement and most importantly helping you to increase your confidence and motivation so you stay on track and become consistent enough to either lose weight and transform your body or, become pain free and lead a happier lifestyle
He specialises in working with overweight and injured clients to help them transform their body and achieve full and varied pain free movement. He does this by empowering you as a client to take ownership of what you want to achieve and take an active part in your journey towards change.
“We live in a digital age where all the information you need to change your life is quite literally a click of a button away and free of charge. That being said, health risks from being overweight and obese have never been higher and people are still living in chronic pain. Not because the information they need is not accessible but because they can’t break free of their own self- doubt and lack of confidence to pursue the changes they need to in order to improve”.
Darren understands that improving your mind and the perception of yourself is vital. Throughout the process he continually works with you to give you the confidence to change and gives you all the encouragement and support you need in all aspects to ensure you do so.

Danny is a very passionate personal trainer with around 10 years experience of helping his clients reach their personal goals.
Danny's passion comes from 15 years as a successful sportsman with a background in professional kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts.
He has also been known to transfer this high level of fitness and disciplin to other sports where he has competed in Ultra Marathons, road cycling, mountain biking and endurance swimming events.
Sounds intense right? Don't worry though... Danny is a very friendly and chilled out dude who is always understanding and supportive.
This experience has led him to a great philosophy, which is...
"You don't know until you try..."
Danny doesn't expect you to be an extreme athlete, he just wants to help you become the best version of you he can. .
He understands that just being more active and having the right mindset about your own goals and ambitions is the key to a successful healthy lifestyle.

Small Group Personal Training
These are for clients who prefer the support and comradery of working as part of a tight knit team. They are perfect for those of you who love the social aspect of sport and training but would also like to get the specialist care and attention that you get working with a 1:1 trainer.
Sounds too good to be true right? Well, maybe not. By sharing your training sessions with just 4-5 other like minded guys or girls, we can guarantee you not only get the benefit of our expert coaching and guidance but you also get access to the same resources outside of the sessions. This includes access to our mindset and nutrition coaching resources and the same bespoke care as our 1:1 personal training clients.
At less than a third of the cost of our equivalent 1:1 training package, our signature transformation programs really are the best of both worlds.
1:1 Personal Training and Rehab Packages
These are perfect for clients who require that extra special bit of care and attention. Maybe you are carrying a slight injury or niggle, in chronic pain and want to break free of the cycle and get back to good health, or maybe you have a specific medical condition that prevents you taking part in a general exercise program.
These programs are completely flexible and entirely based around you and your specific needs. They are quite simply our gold standard of coaching and care, providing you with all the psychological, nutritional and physical support you need to achieve your goal.
