WE DON'T OVER-FILL OUR PROGRAMS, MEANING OUR COACHES (dARREN AND dANNY) GET TO KNOW YOU ALL. THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR SPECIFIC STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES SO THEY CAN TAYLOR THE WEIGHTS, INTENSITY AND SKILL LEVEL OF THE WORKOUTS TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

Session Times 5:00pm, 5:45 pm, 6.30pm Monday - Thursday
5:30pm Friday (endurance workout)
THE morning CLUB WITH DAnny jaques
Session Times 6:15am mondays, wednesday & fridays
7am monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday & friday

HOW MUCH IS THE PROGRAM AFTER THE 1 WEEK TRIAL PERIOD
Upon completion of the 1 week trial, you can then decide if you want to carry on with the program. the full price is £95 per month to train up to 5 days per week or £79 per month to train up to 3 days per week (6.15am sessions only). This is also when you get acces to our exclusive nutrtion coaching programs and our huge library of resources which includes recipe books, meal planners, mobility/recovery workouts and loads more.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO A CONTRACT?
No, there is no contract but there is a 14 day cancellation policy to give us time to fill up your place on the program.
DO I HAVE TO BE REALLY FIT TO START?
No you do not. As long as you are not carrying any significant injuries, its our job to get you fit and in shape. Because of the small group size and the fact that you are training with the same group of people day in and day out we can easily keep track of your progress, increasing the intensity of your training at a pace that is right for you.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY SESSION?
No you don't, but consistency is the only way to get results. 3 days per week is really the minimum bench mark you should aim for if you truly want to get results. If however, you cannot attend a session in person, there are home workout options that will be made available to you in our resources group.
WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING WILL I BE DOING ON THE PROGRAM?
The training is very varied and every single session you do will be different. Sometimes the focus will be on strength, sometimes cardiovascular endurance and sometimes it will be a whole mixture of both. Keeping the training, movements and intensity varied means you will never ever palteau and always keep improving no matter how long you are on the program.
