This is the new name for our original Signature Small Group Coaching Program that has been going so well for the past 5 years. Its run by our founder Darren Thomas who has had amazing success helping ladies and gents of all ages and fitness levels get great results.
Unlike other group training programs that can be a bit samey, here you will never ever do the same workout twice, meaning you won't get bored of the same old repatative circuit training. This is also the only group training program in HD8 that couples the team atmosphere and support with the individual care and attention you would only otherwise get with far more expensive 1:1 personal training.
So as long as you put in the work, we can guarantee you will achieve your goals.

HOW MUCH IS THE PROGRAM AFTER THE 2 WEEK TRIAL PERIOD
Upon completion of the 1 week trial, you can then decide if you want to carry on with the program. the full price is £95 per month and this is when you get acces to our huge library of resources which includes recipe books, meal planner, mobility/recovery workouts and loads more. It is also the time where the program becomes really personal too and I individually coach you through our 12 week habit coaching system that will help you transform the way you eat and your relationship with food to ensure you can create long term change.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO A CONTRACT?
No, there is no contract but there is a 14 day cancellation policy to give me time to fill up your place.
DO I HAVE TO BE REALLY FIT TO START?
No you do not. As long as you are not carrying any injuries, its my job to get you fit and in shape and because of the small group size we can easily keep track of your progress and increase the intensity of your training at a pace that is right for you.
DO I HAVE TO STICK TO THE SAME DAYS AND TIMES?
No you don't. Consistency is the only way to get results and I understand that sometimes life throws us a curve ball, so as long as there is room on another session you can be flexible with what days and times you would like to attend. I want you there consistently 3-4 days per week so adding in this little bit of flexibility into the program will help ensure you can do that.
WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING WILL I BE DOING ON THE PROGRAM?
The training is very varied and every single session you do will be different. Sometimes the focus will be on strength, sometimes cardiovascular endurance and sometimes it will be a whole mixture of both. Keeping the training, movements and intensity varied means you will never ever palteau and always keep improving no matter how long you are on the program.
