Our personal training programs really are the most bespoke service we offer. Our coaches Danny and Darren have over 25 years combined experience in the fitness and rehab industry and a proven track record in helping people overcome the barriers and challenges they face when trying to improve their health and well-being. 

Our personal training programs are designed specifically for those people who want that extra bit of care and attention that comes from working 1:1 with your coach. These sessions are designed purely around you, your current fitness level, injury or health status and your goals.

​All our personal training programs include a unique to you program design service plus individualised mindset, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to ensure your success.

At Faster Fitness Solutions, we don't believe in contracts or tying you in to a program for a 3 or 6 months. Instead I want you to feel like you have the freedom and flexibility to be able to leave at any time. Why? Because we only want to coach people who are committed and want to be here. 
Our 4 session starter package allows you to come and try out our specialist personal training and injury rehab services at a discounted rate with no obligation to continue after your initial 4 sessions are up. 

This 4 session package gives us the time to show you exactly how we are able to help you get on your way to achieving your goals.

At the end of your 4 session package, your trainer will discuss various options with you regarding how to best move you forwards.  

THE 4 SESSION STARTER PACKAGE MUST BE USED WITHIN 5 WEEKS OF SIGNING UP 

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ON YOUR BESPOKE 1:1 COACHING PROGRAM

  • Full in-depth assessment session where we that allows us to understand how you mave and waht specifically we need to focus on in your training sessions. 
  • 1 or 2 coaching sessions per week at our private studio (4 session starter package must be completed within 5 weeks)
  • Bespoke training/rehab plans designed around you, your goals, your available equipment and your lifestyle
  • Full nutrition coaching to help compliment your rehab or training
  • Mindset coaching to help you set goals and stick to them so you can achieve the results you want
  • Direct contact with your coach so you can contact them anytime for help and support.

there is also an option to save money and get that extra bit of support by training with a friend.

​PART 1: INITIAL PHONE CONVERSATION AND GOAL SETTING SESSION
This is where we sit down and find out about you and gather up all the relevant information we need to to help us understand as much as we possibly can about you, your current situation and look at ways I can help you out. 

​This is an in-depth chat where we look at things like past injury history, anything part of your daily life that might contribute to your pain, how you feel about your pain or injury and we also look into other things like nutrition and sleepand stress that may be playing a significant role.

We also use this time to help you set clear and achievable goals to get you back to being pain free and help motivate you to be an active part of the process so you can fix yourself.

​PART 2: IN-DEPTH ASSESSMENT/TREATMENT SESSION
​After we have finished our screening conversation, it's time to get you into the gym to get started.
We then use the info from our phone call to design an assessment that is completely bespoke to you and your goals.  You will not be assessed based upon some kind of tick box system that may or may not have anything to do with the reason you are here and what what you want to achieve.
​
​​This assessment, along with the information we gathered during the initial screening will be used to build your first workout and nutrition plan.

PART 3: COACHING SESSIONS
We want to get you on the road to achieving your goals as fast as humanly possible. That is why we decided to include 1,2 or 3 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions into the program. So you get more bespoke coaching, more interaction with your coach and much better chance of success.

The training we provide is completely based upon your assessment and consultation and we always provide you with a small number exercises or drills so you can keep working on and getting results in-between our sessions. 

These will be sent to you via video, complete with instructions so you know exactly what to do, for how long and for when.

PART 4: HOW WE ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS

So unlike other fitness or rehab professionals, we know that your body is not just mechanical and there are a lot more factors we need to look into in order to help you become healthier, happier and to most importantly achieve all your goals.

That's why a big part of the program is focused on your overall health, your nutrition and your mindset. So on top of the live 1:1 sessions you will also receive full nutrition and mindset coaching. You will have anytime access to your coach via, email and whats app and you will have a wealth of resources to help you eat, drink and think your way to better health.

How does your training/coaching differ from other trainers?

At Faster Fitness Solutions our personal training programs are all about you. Your likes and dislikes  and your goals. After a thorough consultation, screening and assessment process we devise a training and nutrition program that is designed to get you where you want to be and based around your lifestyle. 

Who would benefit most from working with us?

In short, anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being.  Please do not think you need to be fit before you start. That is our job, to help you find out what your current level is and put a plan together with you to help you improve. 

​How much does it cost to book a single session?

Single sessions are priced at £35 per hour

What can I expect from a typical session?

There is no such thing as a typical session... Your training session will take on whatever is required to help you achieve your goals. The only thing I can guarantee is that you will be working hard in an environment that if fun, safe and friendly. ​
