our unique Hybrid Coaching Model

I know what you are thinking... What is a "Hybrid Coaching Model"? Well basically it is a mix of in-person coaching sessions at our awesome gym facility in Denby Dale and Online Coaching via your very own custom app and membership portal. 

We use your in-person sessions to assess how you move, how you are improving and to find out what you might be struggling with in order to achieve your goals. Then we use this information to create custom workouts and a custom nutrition and habit coaching program to help you achieve your goals.

Your in-app messaging service means you can contact your coach anytime you want for help and support. We will also be checking in on your progress away from the gym every single week to ensure you maintain the support and motivation you need to be successful.

How does your training/coaching differ from other trainers?

At Faster Fitness Solutions our personal training programs are all about you. Your likes and dislikes  and your goals. After a thorough consultation, screening and assessment process we devise a training and nutrition program that is designed to get you where you want to be and based around your lifestyle. 

Who would benefit most from working with us?

In short, anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being.  Please do not think you need to be fit before you start. That is our job, to help you find out what your current level is and put a plan together with you to help you improve. 

​How much does it cost to book a single session?

Single sessions are priced at £40 per hour

Is there a contract?

In short no, payments are made by automated monthyl subscription and include the maximum number of stated sessions, full access to you our online coaching software and everything else identified in your package. All we require is 14 days cancellation period if you want to stop training with us. You can notify us by text or whats app message, in-person or over the phone. 

What can I expect from a typical session?

There is no such thing as a typical session... Your training session will take on whatever is required to help you achieve your goals. The only thing I can guarantee is that you will be working hard in an environment that if fun, safe and friendly. ​
